I’m a homeowner. Can HOAhx help with my dues or account?
Your board or community manager handles dues, requests, and account questions, so they’re the best place to start. If your community uses HOAhx, you’ll see your balance and requests when you log in.
Do homeowners pay for HOAhx?
No. Your association subscribes once, and every homeowner, resident, board member, and manager is included. When a homeowner pays dues online, a payment processing fee is added at checkout.
How do we get started?
Every community can try HOAhx free for 30 days without a payment method. Start from the spreadsheet you already keep, and review everything before it goes live.
Do you work with management companies?
Yes. Each community you manage is priced by its own number of homes, on the same tiers. Choose For management companies above, tell us about the communities you manage, and we’ll put together pricing for your portfolio.
How can I suggest HOAhx to my board?

Where do homeowner payments go?
To your association. Homeowner payments are deposited to your association’s own account. HOAhx provides the software, not the bank account.
