Townhomes along a quiet street at sunset

Volunteer time,
well spent.

HOAhx gives every seat on your board the same clear view: one work queue, finances everyone can follow, reasoned decisions, and records that outlast any single term.

Sample view
  • One view for the whole board

Everyone works from the same queue, numbers, and records.

  • Less waiting between meetings

Requests, reviews, and approvals keep moving.

  • Ready for the next board

Roles have dates, and records stay with the community.

Your seat
at the table.

Everyone sees what their role allows, and your community decides who can do what.

  • HOA administrator

Runs community operations, onboarding, records, settings, work queues, and approved role assignments.

  • President

Coordinates board responsibilities, communications, reviews, and authorized decisions.

  • Secretary

Manages minutes, governing records, notices, documents, and assigned governance tasks.

  • Treasurer

Views financial records, reconciles and exports reports, and handles explicitly authorized assessment and adjustment tasks.

  • Board member

Sees permitted board materials, financial summaries, assigned tasks, reviews, and decisions.

  • Committee member

Reviews assigned records, like architectural applications. Final decisions take a separate permission.

A board title doesn’t automatically grant unrestricted financial access, private contact access, subscription ownership, or administrative authority.

Self-managed.
Not on your own.

Run dues, requests, reviews, and communication yourselves, with a structure that keeps things moving between meetings and a record that carries over when the board changes.

  • Assessments, payments, and collections in one place
  • Requests, architectural reviews, and violations with clear owners
  • Announcements, surveys, and formal votes
  • A board work queue with deadlines and approvals

Do homeowners pay for HOAhx?
No. Your association subscribes once, and every homeowner, resident, board member, and manager is included. When a homeowner pays dues online, a payment processing fee is added at checkout.
Can we try HOAhx before we decide?
Yes. Every community can try HOAhx free for 30 days without a payment method, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
What if we already work with a management company?
Your manager can work in HOAhx with access assigned to your community, handling the tasks your board delegates, while approvals stay with the board.
Who controls our subscription?
Your community’s account owner. A billing administrator can manage payment details and invoices, and a backup contact can request an account-owner transfer if the board changes.
